Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in trying our products. If you are dissatisfied with our coffee or tea for any reason, we will provide a full refund on your initial purchase. No questions asked, and there is no need to return the product.
For other merchandise, refer to the non-perishable, coffee/tea accessories, novelty, and apparel item return policy listed below.
If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned coffee/tea is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping charges, where applicable, are not refunded. Express shipping includes Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or express services you request. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department is at fault and your order arrives damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice it is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours to request an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Non-perishable, coffee/tea accessories, novelty, and apparel item return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy on merchandise and other non-perishable items, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact Customer Service if you need assistance with returns or exchanges, and we will be happy to help make things right.
